CANCELLATION POLICY
I respectfully require a 48-hour notice for cancellations/changes to services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 24 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled, with no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments.
